Semi good for you dessert I made up..am slicing up apples and coring, not peeling though. Mixing splenda brown sugar blend, cinnamon, oats, raisins, pecans and smart choice butter in bowl. Layering apples and mixture alternating in casserole dish. Sprinkling apple liquor over top (or macadamia nut or whatever I have) and I am going to bake until apples are tender. Yummy.
And I say semi good because the smart choice butter still has fat and the raisins have sugars and so does the splenda blend which is part splenda and part sugar, but you could do WAYYYY worse than this! _________________ _____________________________________

Sounds very much like my apple cobbler that I make. We need fats and sugars in our diets but yeah, it could be EVOO and fructose or from fresh fruits. LOL
